USPS Postage Rate Update: June 2019

Starting June 23rd, 2019 the USPS will implement new Dimensional Weight Pricing rates and weight limitations for select mail classes. Endicia is automatically updated with the new rates and limitations; with the newest version of Endicia, no additional actions are needed and you will automatically see the June 2019 USPS rates in the platform.

Domestic Shipping

• The Dimension (DIM) weight divisor has been changed from 194 to 166 for packages over 1 cubic foot.
• DIM weight pricing for packages over 1 cubic foot will be applied to zones 1-4, in addition to zones 5-9, for Priority Mail.
• DIM weight pricing for packages over 1 cubic foot will be applied to zones 1-9 for Priority Mail Express.
• DIM weight pricing for packages over 1 cubic foot will be applied to zones 1-9 for Parcel Select Ground.

International Shipping

• The maximum weight limit for First-Class Mail International Large Envelopes (Flats) for documents will decrease from 4lbs. to 15.994 ounces.
