In today’s world of social networking and tweeting on one side and being too busy to breathe on the other, I thought it would be interesting and hopefully fun to have a place where I could share my take on the state of the mailing and shipping industry as a “veteran” who’s been around for 20+ years now (how time flies!)
Most of the news today seems focused on the bad economy and the declines in mail volume. I guess that sells better than some of the creative innovations in the postal industry and the positive growth in shipping from eCommerce that we are also seeing. I plan to introduce some fun insights into the news, reinforce some of the innovations and maybe present how some of the changes could be affecting your business.
